Ki-Aikido, a Japanese defensive martial art, works with the energy of an attack. The fluid rhythmic arts unbalance the opponent, taking her/him to the ground in a throw or pin. More than a martial art, the mind/body coordination practice of Ki-Aikido develops physical and mental balance, flexibility, and focus for handling the challenges of everyday life.
Ki-Aikido does not rely on size or strength; the art provides an excellent self-defense practice for women and men of all ages.
